Zach Hallam is the battery arranger and a founding board member of Lonestar Regiment DBC.

Based in Ohio, Zach has been involved both on and off the field with the marching arts for nearly a decade. Currently, Zach is a percussion director at Woodmore High School and helps with various ensembles and programs at Bowling Green State University, where they are in their third year of a music education degree. Zach is also a performer in the university’s top wind ensemble and the percussion ensemble, and they frequently perform in other solo, chamber, and large ensemble settings.

As an arranger, Zach writes with the intent of providing books that will further students’ education and provide a fresh blend of both modern trends and traditional playing that create a well balanced skillset amongst performers.
