Here's some answers to common questions!

What type of corps is Lonestar Regiment?

Lonestar Regiment will be taking the field as a youth (meaning 21 and under) SoundSport corps in the 2027 season, we're aiming to attend 2-4 shows, including a performance in the DCI Southwestern Championships.

How much is tuition?

Tuition will be determined once our tour schedule is finalized!

Will the corps be housing members?

Yes! The corps will house members during its overnight camp in June, and on tour in July.

Do I need to bring my own instrument?

Yes! If you have your own instrument bring it! The corps will do it's best to provide instruments for those who cannot bring one.

How many audition camps are there? How much do they cost?

Audition camps will run in December, March, May and June. Auditions cost $20, contracted members do not have to pay for camps following their contract signing.

What're the requirments to join?

Lonestar Regiment is open to everyone, no prior experience is required, as our talented staff can teach you from the ground up. (Yes that means woodwinds too!)
