Host the Lonestar Regiment

Help us build the next generation of Texas musicians:

Lonestar Regiment is the newest drum corps in Texas providing students with an opportunity to experience the discipline, teamwork, musicianship and community of the marching arts at the highest level.

Throughout our winter, spring and summer rehearsals and training camps, we are looking for schools, churches and community organizations willing to provide housing for our members and staff

Why host Lonestar Regiment?

Hosting a drum corps is more than providing a place to sleep. It gives your students and community a firsthand look at the dedication and teamwork required to create a world-class marching arts program.

Your students will have the opportunity to:

-Watch our members rehearse and perform.

-Observe high-level musicianship, leadership and teamwork.

-Learn about opportunities in drum corps and the broader marching arts.

-Interact with corps members and staff.

-See what is possible through hard work, discipline and commitment.

What we ask as housing partners-

Depending on the length of our stay, we typically need:

-Gymnasium/other spaces for sleeping

-Restrooms and shower access

-Additional rooms for staff and volunteers

-Access to rehearsal space when available

-Parking for our buses and equipment vehicles

-Our goal is to always be a professional, respectful and self-sufficient guest.

Lonestar Regiment will always-

Lonestar Regiment will:

Provide proof of insurance.

Maintain designated staff contacts throughout our stay.

Respect all school policies and facility rules.

Take responsibility for the cleanliness and condition of the facility.

Leave the facility in the same or better condition than we found it.

Minimize disruption to normal school or community operations.
